We invite you to a unique community event! Please join us on Sunday, November 19th at 6 pm, at the Thanksgiving Stake Center, for an "Arts and Culture" night, where we will worship through music, art and service. It will be an evening of gathering, as a community, to express our gratitude to God through the display of some of the talents and gifts He has given us. We invite all to gather.
ART DISPLAY -
As part of the evening, we invite any and all who are interested to share their talents by submitting a form of art to be displayed. To help determine numbers and the kinds of art that will be displayed, please fill out this survey linked here:
If you or anyone in your household is interested in participating in the art display, please fill out the survey as soon as possible (One survey per interested member of your household). Once the surveys are completed and gathered, we will reach out to each person in order to gather specific information about your art display.
SERVICE PROJECT -
We invite all those who are able to bring one or more food and/or hygiene item to be donated to people in need in our local community. All donations will go to Tabitha's Way - Local Food Pantry, who will distribute the items to families, as needed. Please bring your donations to the Stake Center, that evening. There will be designated boxes to drop off donations as you enter the building.
Items most needed: condiments, boxed breakfast cereal, hygiene items (2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste, baby wipes, baby diapers - sizes 1 to 3), healthy drinks, healthy snacks, rice, baking items, canned food.
You can also donate blood on Tuesday, November 28, 2023. You can schedule an appointment via this link: blood.thanksgivingstake.org
We are excited to share this evening, together, as a community, and hope to see you there!
